Privacy Policy

Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to send us through our forms:

• Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), and message.
• Quote request form: the same contact details, a description of your project, material and finish preferences, and any photos you upload.

Like most websites, our hosting provider also processes basic technical information (such as your IP address and browser type) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

How we use it

• To respond to your message or prepare your quote.
• To send you a confirmation that we received your request.
• To keep the website secure and block spam.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who helps us run the website

We use a small number of trusted service providers, who only process your information to provide their service to us:

• Cloudflare: website hosting, spam protection (Turnstile), and secure storage of uploaded photos.
• Resend: delivering form notification and confirmation emails.

How long we keep it

• Photos uploaded with a quote request are stored privately and deleted automatically after 365 days.
• Form submissions are kept in our email for as long as needed to serve you and keep business records.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our spam protection may use technical information to tell people and automated bots apart.

Links to other sites

Our site links to other websites, such as Google for our reviews and maps. Those sites have their own privacy policies.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've sent us. Call or text (573) 999-3259, or send a request through our contact page.
